Windows 10: Turtle Beach USB causes bluescreen when updating drivers

The drivers show that they're malfunctioning in the device manager but when I attempt to update them my pc bluescreens. I've seen the other posts, I'm having similar issues but all the threads say post the minidump and nobody ever does. Turtle Beach Z300 on Windows 10, No Surround Sound

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I tried to reinstall the driver but still no luck.

Anymore ideas? My windows 10 is updated. i have 3d sound with my speakres, just not with the turtle beach headset.

Windows 10 Audio Driver Malfunction with Turtle Beach PX22 Headset

Im having the same issue here, it claims there is a driver error in the connected device for Turtle beach PX 22 how can I fix this since the driver is just a simple usb audio driver?
