Windows 10: TV Monitors not sleeping after 15 Minutes

I use two 32" TVs as monitors for my Windows 11 Desktop Computer.Vizio TV is the primary display and uses a VGA to HDMI cable connection.Samsung TV is the secondary display and uses a HDMI to HDMI cable connection.Under the Power Setting, I specify "Turn off my Screen after 15 Minutes".Neither Monitor goes to sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity.Because these are not true computer monitors, is that why they will not turn of after 15 minutes?Is there some other Windows setting that I need to set?Is there a TV setting that needs to be set for the computer to turn off these monitors after 15 minu

Screen Sleep Timer resets to 15 minutes

For a few months now the monitor sleep timer on one of my PC's resets to 15 minutes randomly. I always have my monitors set to never sleep because I don't want to miss updates that might appear on the applications that I use.

I am the only user and administrator of this PC, I double check every time I start the PC that it is set to Never sleep and yet for some reason I cannot figure out why it just decides to put my settings back to 15 minutes. Any ideas on this would be greatly
appreciated.

Thank you for the form response however I have already explored both of these options you gave and they only make the problem worse by making the whole computer go to sleep instead of just the monitor. Please take the time to read a post before replying
to it and you may actually be helpful at some point. I am aware of how to set the sleep timers in all of the standard methods, my issue is that Windows 10 decides randomly to change my setting to make the monitor go to sleep after 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, steps you suggested did not fix the issue. I do not use a screen saver, so setting the option you mentioned is not available to me. Also, I doubt messing with the registry should be necessary. The current (default) Windows power plan that
I'm using has screen timeout set to 5 minutes when on battery, and 15 minutes when plugged in. Sleep timeout is set to 15, and 30 minutes, respectively. Therefore, the computer should not go to sleep before 15 or 30 minutes have elapsed.
