Windows 10: TV won't connect as Wireless Display on a W10 Machine

Im having an issue with a Windows 10 Desktop pc. I’ve configured it to a LG TV webOS 8.3.1 and it was working perfectly as a Wireless Display in extend mode. The thing is that it suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried sfc scannow, DISM, resetting network connection by windows network settings panel, but nothing seems to work.What happens is: the TV take a little bit to show up on Windows + K Same as going Windows + P > Connect to a Wireless Display and when it shows up and i click to connect to it, it does the loading animation and then says “Couldn’t Connect” but on another Windows 1

HMDI & WIreless Project to Smart-TV won´t work

Hi There,

I have a few problems. and have even reinstall windows but it just won´t work anymore

1. HDMI to Connect Tv.

I tried different ports cables. But getting "NO SIGNAL".

When i disconnect the power cable i suddenly have kindoff connection, but it´s not stable, It keeps going black. and has Noise on the left side.

On my Sons it works just fine. It´s the same TV only smaller version.

2. WIreless Project . Here same i keep getting could´nt connect. and sometimes suddenly at the settings tab it says it does not support miracast. and some moments later it does... !

It is really weird.

It has always worked just fine. So i don´t know whats the problem.

My son has the same Notebook, and has no problems.

Both have been reinstalled because of new Harddrive.

And mine just won´t work anymore. on this subject.

Please help.

 

wireless display - smart tv in connected device list, but not recognized as wireless display/monitor

Hi,

I have a Sharp Aquos Smart TV, and i want to mirror my PC to my TV. but when connecting wirelessly, my TV is recognized as Other Device, when it should be recognized as Wireless Display. So while my TV is in a list of Connected Device, but i can't project
to it because it's not recognized as a wireless display.

How to move my TV from Other Device to Wireless Display?

Hmmm. Then maybe I am confused about the protocol it uses to wirelessly connect with my computer. I just know that it easily connects wirelessly with my Windows 10 laptop. I just select "connect to a wireless display" on my Windows laptop in settings, it immediately "sees" and lists the Samsung TV as an option, I click on it, and in a moment the TV is acting as a display for the laptop - works perfectly. But when I do the exact same thing with my Windows 10 desktop, it will also connect to the TV, but the display picture is all messed up. Any other thoughts on what I can do to make the desktop do the same thing the laptop does?
