Windows 10: Tversity not visible since 2004 upgrade

I've used Tversity media server (free version 3.8) for many years and it's always behaved and done exactly what I've wanted. I'm well aware it's old and hasn't been updated for 5 or so years, but it does what I want, and that is to stream videos from my PC (Win 10 2004 19041.450) to my Samsung smart TV.
Since updating to 2004 yesterday, my TVs no longer see Tversity media server. I've uninstalled and re-installed, but no joy. Rebooting, disconnecting the TV from power etc has made no difference.
Is this just another 2004 glitch that may be fixed in due course, or is there something I can do (besides installing one of the many alternatives) to get it working again?
My TV still sees it on my wife's computer, still on 1909, but used to see both computers.

Win 10 2004 update No AMD graphics

Before upgrading anything else to 2004, I would suggest checking out the current Known Issues list.

upgraded to win10 now cant use tversity

Hello all

As the title said I have just updgraded to win 10 and now cant use tversity to stream to my smart tv, I keep getting check network on my tv and tversity wont work.

This worked in win 7 with no problems.

I have forwarded the port on bt homehub 3 made a rule to allow connections in firewall turned on media sharing in windows and sahred the folder that has my files in yet still wont work.

can anyone help with this please?
