Tweaked a few settings in BIOS, now my PC won't even give a signal

So here's my problem, Wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 like most people I saw with this problem had and tried to see whether my PC was eligible or not.Turns out I needed to turn on safe boot and another setting which isn't really important in this context, and so I tried to do that.Tried turning on the first item and founded out that it wasn't asafe boot Windows setting and that I needed to go to BIOS for safe boot.So as my dunbass did, I saw some fancy cool wordings in there that I thought would be a good idea to turn onspoiler, big NOT and most notably I can remember is that I turned on

    :)

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?
