Windows 10: Twitching blue and green colors

I have the same exact problem as this one: Issue everything he said in that post is the exact thing issue I have, but the solution "I used an air spray canister to clean out the dust from my entire PC. I didn't find that much dust in my GPU's cooling system, but the color glitch is gone." that he said did not work. Are there any other possible things I could try to fix this?

Some windows are displayed in wrong colors

After an update yesterday when I open Chrome, Whatsapp or some other application they are initially shown with the appropriate colors, but after a few seconds all colors get changed in a wrong way.

Steaming videos like Youtube or Twitch are displayed ok, no distortion there. The same goes for games, in game colors are ok.

I have tried clean installs on the gpu drivers, but had no luck. I have all the latest updates for Windows and AMD Radeon.

For example:

• Blue is displayed as Green
• Green is displayed as Purple
• Yellow is displayed as Magenta
• Red is displayed as Orange

I can provide DxDiag extracts and screenshots if necessary.

How to change Desktop selection box color

Try the following steps, and check if it helps.

  Press Windows + R keys.

  Type in regedit into the text box and press Enter.

  Follow the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors.
