Windows 10: Two brand new laptops preinstalled windows 10 and KILLING THEM

I would like to know when you are going to RID manufacturers and end users from WINDOWS 10. I am a small business and have 2 brand new laptops that came preinstalled with WinDOHS 10 and both (two different manufacturers) THE BATTERY was 7 hours first day and now I am lucky if I get 1 hr 30 minutes on each of them.

I HAVE BASICALLY SHUT OFF EVERYTHING IN WINDOWS 10 AS IT IS ALL GARBAGE. I have called the manufacturers and have sent them back twice now and nothing is wrong with the battery.

I have shut down MS EDGE yet it stays running and when I run CCleaner it takes forever for it to FORCE CLOSE THE POS!

Your notices are beyond, turned NOTIFICATIONS OFF, yet YOU STILL POP UP MESSAGES. I have turned off because of constantly being notified on turning computer off that Camera is being used to check system.

I have IMPORTANT customer information on my Laptops and I FEEL their information is not safe. I don't want your updates, shut that down but still I turn off my LAPTOPS and wake up next day to them BOTH UPDATING no matter my choices.

Everything I have turned off (AND THIS SHOULD NOT BE A NORMAL THING TO HAVE TO DO ON BRAND NEW LAPTOPS) I have even tried going back to windows 8.1 PRO but you BLOCK installation of drivers for it which renders it A WASTE OF TIME AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

READ AGAIN, I HAVE BASICALLY HAD TO SHUT OFF EVERYTHING ON WinDOHS 10 and still your software eats up my internet, my time, and your MALWARE/SPYWARE is beyond overstepping your boundaries. I have installed a daily diagnostic that shows what is being snooped on and what you are doing in the background!

I have contacted my lawyer as this is absolutely GARBAGE SOFTWARE, and in talking to both manufacturers and sending BOTH back to them TWICE nothing is wrong with the batteries. I have daily run diagnostics and it is WINDOWS 10 draining it! This is YOUR PROBLEM on the forcing of WinDOHS 10 upon the manufacturers and END USERS.

I filed a complaint on my older laptops that were running windows 8.1 PRO only to have you MICROSOFT force install WinDOHS 10 and those 2 died because of it. I filed a complaint with you DIRECTLY on that and you did JACK CHIT about it.

Also, putting these back to windows 8.1 PRO you need to give us GD updates. What did you do stop putting out windows 8.1 pro updates? Pfft!

As soon as my business software can run on Linux or MAC I will leave Microsoft behind in the dust. Disgusting GARBAGE is WinDOHS 10. All you as a company has to do is google any winDOHS 10 problems and see this is WORLD WIDE and GARBAGE.

When will you do the following
1. End MS 10 its garbage
2. Put up windows 8.1 drivers and UPDATES
3. Pay people who have to work daily to keep this GARBAGE running and killing batteries.

Oh, and yes I have update FIRMWARE, ALL DRIVERS FROM THE MANUFACTURERS OF EACH COMPONENT IN MY LAPTOPS. SO that has been done and still your VERSIONS OF WINDOWS 10 IS STILL GARBAGE

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

New m2 ssd windows installation on laptop with preinstalled windows 10


Hello,
I bought new Acer laptop that came with preinstalled windows 10 (1TB hdd)
I would like to install windows 10 on newly added m2 ssd(SATA III).

What are my options besides cloning, and if cloning is the best option what software should i use ?
I haven't put any "work" in that system yet, so fresh install is not a problem.

I have built few desktop pc's in my life but not much experience in laptops and preinstalled systems.

Cannot pair brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with brand new Lenovo X1 Windows 10 Pro

I cannot pair a brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with a brand new Lenovo X1 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Lenovo Bluetooth driver is up to date. Laptop Bluetooth manager rarely sees the mouse but still cannot pair showing the message to check if
the mouse is still discoverable. Any suggestions?
