Windows 10: Two command consoles running on my pc, they both have ifferent file locations

Sometimes a cmd console pops up after starting the pc, sometime it pops up a bit later. I checked task manager and app history and there appears to be two different cmd consoles working. One comes from: C:\windows\syswow64 an the other from C:\windows\system32. This is very suspicious to me. There is also a conhost.exe in the history, its file location is: C:\windows\system32.

SFC
and
DISM Tool
to
check if there are any corrupted
system files and system image files. To run
SFC
and
DISM, follow these steps:

SFC:  

SFC
will
scan
and
run
an
automatic repair
to any
corrupted system files
that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.   
  

DISM Tool:  


DISM
will
restore any Corrupted System Image
that causes the
issues
on your icons and applications. To perform
DISM, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type the following command:  
  
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth  
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth  
    

NOTE:
This might take a while to finish scanning.
Do not cancel.

Post us a screenshot of the result if there are no changes.
