Windows 10: Two Computers; Forgot Windows Password For One Computer:

I have two computers. I haven't used one of the computers for quite sometime. Today I started the one computer and apparently I forgot the Windows password for that computer. I tried to contact Microsoft Support in order to chat with a tech, but apparently Microsoft no longer offers that option because I kept getting directed to a page were I need to read a lot of articles. I subscribe to Microsoft Azure and to Microsoft 365. Can someone tell me why I am paying for Azure and Microsoft 365 when I just Google Microsoft Support?

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
