Windows 10: Two computers

I have something going own i never seen before. My laptop is on the left side of my desk/my desktop is over to the right side. I have two monitors a 27 and a 24 in side by side. laptop is running windows 10 pro, desktop running 11 pro. When I install anything on desktop, and it makes a desktop shortcut it shows up on the laptop to. If i delete it from laptop it takes it off desktop. Desktop and laptop are registered with to different Microsoft accounts.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

is it possible to hand build a motherboard?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
