Windows 10: Two Ethernet Properties in Windows 10 Settings. Is this a VIRUS?!

Hello, I have recently checked that my computer is showing 2 Ethernet Properties in Windows Settings. Here is the screenshot https://snipboard.io/RQcCET.jpg.

Please tell me if this is a problem or not. I only have 1 ethernet port with 1 internet connection.

Based on the details provided, it is possible that your network adapter was blocking you to access the ethernet
properties. We recommend that you uninstall your network adapter and scan for hardware changes. To do this, follow these steps:

Uninstall network adapter:

• 
  In the search bar, type
  Device Manager
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Select the name of your network adapter and right-click.
  
• 
  Choose
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Select
  "Delete the driver software for this device".
  
• 
  Click on
  Uninstall.
  

Scan for hardware changes:

• 
  In the search bar, type
  Device Manager
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  Action.
  
• 
  Select
  "Scan for hardware changes".

Have you tried to download and install the latest driver update from your manufacturer's website? If not, kindly
do so.



If the issue still persists, reset and reconfigure your TCP/IP and check if you can access the properties afterwards.
To do this, follow these steps:



Reset TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Run
  this command:
  
  • 
    netsh
    int
    ip reset
    and hit
    Enter.
    

Exit
Command Prompt
and
monitor your network connection.



Reconfigure TCP/IP

To do this, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Run
  these following commands:
  
  • 
    netsh
    int
    tcp set heuristics
    disabled
    
  • 
    netsh
    int
    tcp
    set global
    autotuninglevel=disabled
    
  • 
    netsh
    int
    tcp set global
    rss=enabled
