    Two identical new laptops, different color temperature and a few other differences


    So, I purchased two identical laptops (Lenovo Flex 14 2-in-1 Convertible Laptop, 14 Inch FHD Touchscreen Display, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U Processor, 12GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB NVMe SSD)

    And started then both at the same time, and one of them has a totally different color temperature than the other. It also seems to be slower, right out of the box, and at least one of the settings menus (windows hd color settings) is crashing on me when I try to open it.

    I am switching from being a Mac user for 10+ years, and so I am not sure the correct path to fixing this. Is this just the way it is, can I fix this or should I be returning the second, 'special' one?

    I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to fix my problem, and if it is even fixable.

    how to erase the phone and create different identity

    Hi there,

    I want to erase the identity of my lumia 710, because I have got other android phone. I want to use a different sim and identity on my phone. If I erase or reset this phone, do I loose all my contacs from hot mail ? Does I can not use my phone with different sim and identity?

    I just want to dedicate this phone to my relative with a new sim and identity. Is it possible after reset or erase to use the phone again with fresh identity?

    Pls guide.
