Two identical newly bought computers having BSODs

Hello there!I'd like to start out by saying I run a small IT business that does IT consultancy for other small and medium businesses.I've been active as a system and network engineer for the past 4 years so I have some idea of what I'm doing. However, it seems I found a problem I cannot solve. A client of ours asked for 2 identical gaming desktop systems. As a policy, I don't manually build these computers like I would do for myself but I buy a pre-built computer from one of many manufacturers. In this case we bought two identical Lenovo Legion T5 28IMB05 90NC00LNMH with the following specs:CPU

    BSoDS on newly built PC

Since it is my first time, i did not know that there is a vendors approved list. and it is not. is that the reason for my BSODS?

  3. BSOD on new computer while gaming

I just got a new computer about a month ago. Everything is new and I get BSOD (windows 10) while gaming mostly although it sometimes happens while I'm just using the computer. Sometimes the computer doesn't BSOD and just gives me a Access Violation Error. Not sure if related.

    Any help is appreciated

    Steps I have taken:
    • Updated all drivers and bios to latest versions
    • Checked ram with windows memory test to see if ram is faulty. (A stick was and it was removed waiting for replacement)
    • Clean Installed Windows after finding faulty ram
    • I had 2 x 2080Ti installed, I removed one, tested and then swapped cards; issue still exist
