Windows 10: Two Instances of Skype. Same Time, 2 Accounts / User Names, Firefox

I am endeavoring to run two instances of Skype at the same time. The idea is like one account for work and one for the family. I have the two Skype accounts working well enough. In trying to sort out how to get both active at the same time. I have become lost in history and jargon. This is my stall point: For a 64-bit version of Windows enter the following path C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\skype.exe /secondary This is not present in my computer. Lacking knowledge of such I am reluctant to set up a new command. Any thoughts will be very gratefully appreciated. I am afraid to

How to change admin user account name?

Ah so just ignore the 'Brink' and use the 'Brink2' as the example

And step 1 and 2, I was confused at that part also.
For example, my user account is called for e.g 'wizzle'
If I want to change the name to 'wizzle2', and by following steps 1 and 2;
-I sign out of my MS account (step 1)...and then sign in?

I understand the steps 3 onwards but steps 1 and 2 with the sign out/in was confusing :?

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Skype?

As this is a now quite established messenger system of sorts perhaps a Skype feature for people skype names so perhaps some real time problem solving/discussions could be mounted?
Just a wee suggestion.
