Windows 10: Two Laptops with windows 11 having the same issue

Hello,Starting from monday I started noticing that both mine and my sister's laptop are haveing the same issues that can be cited as :• Windows update not working infinite loading when oppening in settings and after it just closed• All office apps gives a popup stating that it has enccountered an error and it needs repairing, when clicked it just closes with no feedback• Various Windows Apps not working like Xbox App just giving a white blank screen•And both laptops wont shutdown, the power button light stays and the fans too and the pnly solution is to force it by holding the buttonI did a

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
