Windows 10: Two Operating Systems After Unsuccessful Installation of Version 24H2

My Windows 11 prompted me to update to Version 24H2. After almost an hour or so of downloading and installing, it said the installation was not successful. Now, whenever I start my computer, it prompts 2 "operating systems" -- one is Windows Recovery and the other is Windows 11. Is this normal?If you would ask what happens if I choose either of the two, the answer is that there's no difference. They would show the same Windows 11 interface. My concern here is -- this issue did not occur before the Version 24H2 update.

Feature updates like version 24H2 usually are like re-installing the operating system and that key may be reset, but 24H2 has not been released yet, so it is not possible to know if that will rewrite that key, are you on an insider build wanting to install version 24H2?
