Windows 10: Two OSK's?

Today I needed to use the OSK and launched it from the taskbar context menu. While using it I found it plays a sound when I click on the keys, and I wanted to disable that sound. But I couldn't find how in its settings. So I went to the good old Control Panel, and there I found not only that the OSK is set to not play any sound, but that I have two OSK's!

Oh, BTW, how to disable the sound in the first OSK, which is the only one to play it? TIA.

Windows 10 OSK Suggestions Pop-Up

How do I stop the OSK from displaying a top-three suggestions pop-up from floating over the text-input area? This is in addition to the suggestions offered on the OSK itself, and it's never done anything useful--usually the opposite. If I turn off suggestions,
I don't get any suggestions at all.

There seems to be two different OSK's. One comes up when there's no attached keyboard (which I set in keyboard/typing options), and the other is available in accessibility options. There's no circumstance in which I want suggestions floating over the text-input
area, and there's no consistent way to dismiss them when they're blocking my view.

I'd submit screenshots, but there's no print-screen key on the OSK.

 

OSK stopped working after update

• When you say, “After updating MS Edge my OSK stopped working” what happens when you try to use On-Screen keyboard? OSK does not show on screen.
• Do you receive any error message/code? No, it works in Chrome, Firefox, Outlook, etc.
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter. WINVER is Windows Home 1809 (OS Build 17763.973)
• There were no issues with OSK prior to update in Edge.

first of all thanks for answering, after I don't think it is a problem coming from the explorer or the taskbar, otherwise the magnifying tool should not work as well from the taskbar, but it does work, as all the other programs from the taskbar, the only
one not working is the OSK.

Oh well I tried what did you suggest and nothing happened, unfortunately.

But I forgot to say that even if I try to start the OSK from the menu, the result is the same (see image below), even with administrator privileges, so it is not the taskbar to me





Also I have to say on computer start, if I open the OSK it will work, but only if I open it right away within few seconds, after if I close it, it does not work any more (like if there is something that is running as a service in the background who prevent
the OSK to open).

But the fact that if I run any program on administrator mode and when the pop-up appears the OSK is there, it's the proof that something is blocking the OSK to launch, the OSK itself it works, but cannot be displayed, the question is: what service is it?
