    Two persons said me two things that contradict each other ? Who is right ?


    1rst person said When you use the " Windows Edition 11 Version 23H2 Build 22631.2715 " and you use " Reset this PC " option to recycle your OS downloaded from the cloud deleting everything in it ; you delete all malicious software and 2nd person said that when you do same process you don´t delete any malicious software at all ; taking into account as malicious software all the software that are of the same type than spyware, keyloggers etc. in cybersecurity ; who is right ?

    Settings/Personalization

    Hi,

    We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

    • Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
    • Click on Personalize.
    • Select Colors.
    • Click on High contrast settings.
    • From the drop-down menu, select None.
    • Click Apply.
    • Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

    Let us know the result.

    How to restore defaults for Personalization and Ease of Access

    Did you follow all of those steps and get the right iso file using the media creation tool? Did you see the options I suggested? No one thing is going to reset everything to default - it depends what changes you've made and how.

    Apparent contradiction in Task Manager Network usage

    I'm just curious. This is not a problem. I occasionally notice an apparent contradiction in Task Manager Network usage. It will show total network usage at greater than 20 percent while showing that every process shown is using zero Mbps. Is this a bug in Task Manger? Is something not listed using bandwidth? This is not an update issue. The numbers may change but the obvious contradiction can last for longer than five minutes.
