    Two programs will not open in one account but will in another


    I have two programs that will not open in one of my accounts but they will open in a second account I created just to see if they would. Anyone have a idea on what is going on and how to fix this problem? I have uninstalled both of the programs and reinstalled them with the latest version.

    To better assist you, please answer the following questions:

    1. What exactly are the programs that you are facing the issue with?

    2. Do you receive any error message when you try to run the program?

    3. Are you logged in as the administrator?

    4. Did you right click on the setup file and select "run as administrator", when you installed the program?

    Cannot open program in one account but can in another account.

    I have two programs that will not open in one account on my laptop but if I create another account on the same laptop they run fine. This sounds like a setting problem to me but I do not have a clue whereto begin looking for it. Any ideas??
