Windows 10: Two Realtek output drivers instead of one that keep switching as main output on their own

I have windows 11 the laptop is newly bought, just 3 months ago and recently while listening to music or watching something, rhe sound would disappear and when I checked the output from the volume it showed Realtek R speaker normal Realtek - 2 R speaker newWhich is very weird as I have not installed anything and the sound wouldn't come back till I clicked on the second speaker. The sound came back but only for a few seconds before going out again and I'd have to click on the first speaker again to get the sound back for a few seconds. I've tried disabling and deleting that 2nd driver, up

Realtek Digital Audio output not working

I have done this. My headset has no drivers on the razer support page and when I uninstall some sort of "headset driver" it just brought microsoft's own drivers in instead. the Realtek digital output is now called "Digital Output (S/PDIF)" and still produces no sound but, like I mentioned it still shows it is making noise but not playing it in the sound settings.

 

Realtek Digital Output not connected

Helloguys my Realtek Digital Output says it's not connected, I'm getting audio however I think this is the case to me not being able to get audio from Steam Apps. I'm on Windows 10 also. I'm also on a Laptop.

The things I have tried

• Update my Drivers
• Go to Win+R and type in "shutdown -r -t 0"

 

No HDMI audio output
