Windows 10: Two screens, Windows loses 1 while screens turned off

I'm running Windows 10, using 2 monitors on my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 graphics card.The two screens are actually TV's, one on the HDMI and the other on the SVGA connector.Primary screen, HDMI, is an ONN non-smart TV, and for some reason, when turn the screens off, leaving PC running, there's a chance that Windows will lose that screen. I'll log back in to the secondary screen only, until reboot, then Windows will see them both again.I'd like to know what is causing windows to lose a screen, and how to fix this.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
