Windows 10: Two Step has ruined my Account

I can't change my password because two step wants two forms of verification all of the sudden instead of just my phone number, and it's redirecting me to an alternate email that's been attached to my main account for years at this point, the account has either been hacked or the password forgotten. I've tried recovering this account, I send the recovery email to my main account, and I never receive a code. Tldr I want to change the password on my main email but can't because two factors trying to send a code to a decade old email that I no longer have access to despite the recovery email liter

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
