Windows 10: two tone bell ring over and over

I'm getting a two tone bell ring over and over and can't fin d why its happening. Any suggestions?

E66 ring tones with contacts

There is an option to set individual ringing tone for each contact.

Go to Contact List ... open contact to witch you want to asign a ringing tone...

Then go to Options ... and find the "Ringing tone" menu item ....

Then you can simply select your ringing tone from the list ...

 

6230i ring tone?

I downloaded an old "Ma Bell" style ring tone that is an mp3 file that is about 75kb in size. I loaded into the ring tone file and it rings. But, I cannot set it as the ring tone. When I try to set it, I get a message saying "Not allowed by activation
key." What does this mean and is there a way of making this tone work? Thank. R

How do I include my stored music in the list of available ring-tones?
