Windows 10: Two uppercase letters at the start of words

When I am typing with my new Windows 10 laptop, there appears to be a fractional delay upon releasing the Shift key such that the second letter of words is also being capitalised. Whilst this error can be autocorrected in certain programs, that doesn't help in others such as typing passwords, for example. I have never experienced this issue to such a degree on any other keyboard I have ever used and am not typing any faster on this than I normally would! I cannot see any setting regulating the time delay on the SHift key. Does anyone know if this is a setting which can be altered, or is it just a hardware behaviour that I am going to need to learn to live with? Thanks.

Why are some of the words spelled with uppercase letters i front of the word?

Norwegian dictionary.

The word: "hva" = what, is spelled with a big H every time i write it??

My spell checker works for me. And on words with caps on, too. My setting is default (although I have second language installed).
We can go step by step from settings (check language, if spelling language is installed, then Keyboard (under devices) if spell is enabled.

 

Nokia 7220: only uppercase in contact search

Hi.

All of my contact list looks like this:

"Mom"

"Friend"

and so on.

when I start filtering contact list, the phone use only upper case, and when I press

"FR", the "Friend" contact didn't find.

I need press "F", then "#" to lowercase and only then other letters.

Have any method to change uppercase\lowercase chain here?

for example, when I write sms all ok - first letter after point in uppercase, other lowercase without annoying # pressing.
