Windows 10: Two users during Windows 11 setup

I bought a new computer for my husband and somehow during initial setup, I ended up with two users. I installed some important software on the first account. The next day, I realized he had two accounts. I went in to the second account, restored all his data from Carbonite backup. I then tried to install the important software and had all kinds of problems. It said it was installed but it wasn't there. I then popped in to the first account and saw the software was there. So basically all data is under one login and the important software is under another. I have tried to completely uninstall t

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
