Windows 10: Two users, one VPN, one not

Discus and support Two users, one VPN, one not in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I need to use a VPN on one site. But it is forbidden on other sites I use. how can I do this on my windows 11 laptop?I think this topic might be under...     I need to use a VPN on one site. But it is forbidden on other sites I use. how can I do this on my windows 11 laptop?I think this topic might be under settings but not sure. Probably privacy and security
