Windows 10: twp keys working together in my laptop

my laptop does not have number pad on right side my right arrow does not works and both the left and right arrow together work when i press the right arrow the righwt arrow only works when i press insert with it . When i press insert -* this sign comes and it only does not let me type and only help in only at few places.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.
