Windows 10: TXT File as a Fake Trojan and encrypted

Hello, A few weeks ago, the Window security / Defender application considered a personal TXT File as a Fake Trojan and encrypted it and placed it in QUARANTINE. That TXT file is not a virus. I would like you to contact the support department to request a decryption software because I can no longer access the information on the TXT because of the automatic encryption performed by Windows.

New Trojan that Demands a Ransom

There is a new virus out there discovered by virus hunters known as "Cryzip". The Trojan encrypts your files and then demands a $300 ransom for the decryption password to get your files back. After encrypting the files, the virus leaves a nice step-by-step guide of how to go about paying the ransom off. It's supposedly spread through email Spam, and has successfully evaded anti-virus scanners.

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.

 

Creating and Encrypting a txt File

Can someone tell me the best way to create and encrypt a txt file? I've tried a note app that can encrypt notes, but it has a very limited size the note can be, so I've had to break up an existing note that I had on my Pocket PC device into 4 separate
notes in this particular app. This is unacceptable. I've installed a couple of text editor apps and a file manager app that supposedly can encrypt files, but when I create the txt file I can't find it using the file manager.
