Windows 10: Tying Any Key Freezes Entire PC

Recently I ran into a problem where whenever I tried to type in my password on the lock screen to my PC, my computer would just repeatedly receive inputs of the same key as if it were being held down. Whenever this started happening, my mouse would also simultaneously stop working, and I wouldn't be able to input at all, forcing me to manually restart my PC with the power button.At first, for some reason, this would only happen on my lock screen in the password field, so I'd just use the on-screen keyboard to get past it, and my keyboard would work fine afterwards. But after a few days this

PC FREEZE after taking a SCREENSHOT with Win+Shift+S

We understand your concern as the PC freeze when you try to take a screenshot using Win+Shift+S key.



In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• What is the make and model of the Graphics card device installed?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.

1. Press Windows key + X key, and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Scroll and expand Display adapters.
   
3. Right click on the listed driver and click on
   Uninstall.
   
4. Now check the box Delete the driver software for this device.
   
5. Click on Uninstall.
   
6. Restart the PC and install the latest driver from manufacturer website.

Windows 10 Home freezes

Hi Macboatmaster

Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Ok i did this 2 times
- first time: it freezed
- second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.
