Windows 10: Type C microphone on my HP Laptop

I installed a Boya Type C microphone on my HP Laptop the Mic worked normally for one day then it is not being able to be working Again, I even tried to reset my windows Never Worked, installed the Mic to other 4 PCs and it is working fine from the first Time, my problem is that Mic is being detected and seen from the setting in the input devices but when I make the test for the MIC zero sound is detected , even Skype, Teams when i select this Mic it shows an Error for that Mic. I have done all the recommended action uninstall install, deleting the device Nothing helped the Mic is working on ot

I suggest you to run the microphone troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooter” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left corner.
• Click on “Recording Audio” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Sorry for the delay in response.

We would suggest you to runt the Power troubleshooter and check.

Try to run the troubleshooter and check.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
  Enter.
• Select View all from the left pane and select Power.
• Follow the on-screen troubleshooter and try the steps.

We would also suggest you to update the firmware of the BIOS and install the chipset drivers and check.
