    I'm trying to pair the Microsoft bluetooth keyboard with my pc windows 11, and when it comes to the second step "enter pin below - type the pin on your microsoft bluetooth keyboard and press enter if needed is not typing" its not working! It does pair with my computer, but the typing is not moving anything.Please if you had this issue and got the answer please sheare Thank you!

    Can't enter PIN for Headset

    I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.

    microsoft bluetooth keyboard 6000 PIN

    Plug in a wired keyboard as part of the process.

    Use a pen to press the pairing button on the back of the Microsoft keyboard.

    Get to the point where you are asked for a PIN.

    Click in the slot and on the wired keyboard type 0000 and hit enter.

    Now type 0000 on your Microsoft 6000 keyboard and hit enter.

    You should now have your Microsoft 6000 keyboard paired.

    I have read everything I can on this but cannot figure it out. It says "Enter the PIN for Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000." Is there a PIN assigned to my keyboard? Windows 10 asks me to enter a PIN, but I do not know what the PIN is for my
    keyboard. Am I supposed to enter something on the keyboard or the computer? Am I supposed to make up a PIN?
