    TYPING: Computer jumbling my typing, going to different pages, driving me nuts


    Just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 14 7000 2 in 1 laptop. Downloaded all the updates, and now current. When I type, after a few characters, it will jump to the front of the sentence, and continue typing, or erase part of what I just typed...sometimes when I hit the space bar between words, it will tab to different areas, or, it will switch the pages that I'm on - and go to something entirely different, a different website or page. It is driving me mad, as I sell on ebay and do lots of research, and list things, and the listings have to be right, and I literally can't get a few words, without the computer jumbling them up. I called Dell, they had someone get into my computer, and they installed TouchFreeze, which seemed to help a little, but then it went right back to crazy. What else can I do? Desperate.

    cpu stepping driving me nuts...

    can anyone explain wat is cpu stepping....i got a c2d e4400 which exists in 2 type of steppings...m0 and l2...which one of them is better?? and does it make any difference in performance and overclockability and temperatures???

    jumbled words because letters jump backward as typed

    can barely type an email or a comment on Facebook because letters jump backward and words get jumbled as a result

    Motherboard heatsink screw and/or nut type

    I'm trying out a x58 motherboard, the ASRock x58 Extreme. The NB HS is held down by pushpin. The pressure applied by the pushpins are uneven making the surface of the HS not in full contact with the NB. Any suggestions of what kind of screws and/or nuts I should use to hold the HS down?
