Typing nikud marks using Windows Hebrew keyboard

I installed the Hebrew language pack on Windows 11 with the Hebrew Standard keyboard, but there doesn't seem to be any way to type diacritical marks vowels, etc. directly from the keyboard for Classical Hebrew. From results on Google, it seems that past versions of Windows allowed you to do so, through Alt+Ctrl plus the appropriate key, but Windows 11 doesn't appear to offer this capability.I do not want to use the pull-down Symbols menu in Word every time I need to type a vowel or other special mark. It's extremely cumbersome and time-consuming.I also do not want to download a privately

Hebrew virtual keyboard disappears after entering nikudot (vowels)

I am using the Hebrew virtual keyboard in Microsoft Word. I am trying to enter nikudot (vowels) using the sequences in a Wikipedia article on Hebrew keyboards.

I pull up the keyboard, which is locked in the taskbar. I type in the consonant using the virtual keyboard. To enter the nikud, I use a sequence involving the AltGr (right Alt) key. After I type the nikud, the virtual keyboard disappears.

Naturally, this makes typing the Hebrew even slower by having to open the keyboard after each letter. Short of having a chart of the Hebrew keyboard while I use the physical keyboard, is there any way to keep the virtual keyboard visible while I am typing the nikudot?
