Windows 10: Typing shuts down applications and goes back to log in screen

I bought a new gaming laptop 3 days ago. Installed all updates. When typing it will randomly go to a black screen and then back to the login screen. Did a factory reset which did not help. Exchanged the laptop for exact same model and it is doing the same thing. I have the power and sleep settings to never so that is not the problem. Very frustrating. Please help.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

System file corruption might be the reason why your screen goes to black and white after logging on.

• What Windows update were you referring to? Is it the Falls Creators Update?
• Did you receive any error messages aside from the screen being black and white?
• If there's an error message, kindly send us a screenshot.
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, as an initial troubleshooting, we can run both the
DISM and SFC commands shown below to fix possible Windows file corruption:

• Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, right click the Windows button, and then select
  Command Prompt (Admin). If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click
  Allow or Yes.
• Type the following command, and then press Enter.
  
  • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  • Note: It might take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
• Type the following command and press Enter.
  
  • sfc /scannow
  • Note: It might take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
• Close the command prompt, and then restart your device.

Screen goes to black and white after logging on

When you right click it says windows powershell (Admin) not Command Prompt.
