    Typing sounds Windows 10.


    I have a desktop and use a hardware keyboard, and yet windows is making a universal sound with every keystroke I make, I've already looked up solutions online and found none, all were for virtual keyboards. I've checked the setting and turned off all of the ease of access options. I've also never had this problem until I restarted my computer about half an hour ago, and I've been using it for almost 3 years. It's incredibly annoying because I can hear my own keyboard fine, how do I fix this.

    Hi Richard,

    The option to play key sound as a user type is available in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 settings. The steps on how to enable the option will depend on the make and model of the device. For us to provide an accurate solution, we would need you to answer the
    following questions:

    • Which build and edition of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
    • What is the make and model of your PC?
    • Is the option "Hear click sounds while typing" available in Gmail and Yahoo mail's settings?
    • What changes have you made to your computer before this issue occurred?

    For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you manually update your keyboard driver. This

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Good surround sound headset

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Typing sounds Windows 10. :p
