Windows 10: Typing things in Start menu search online instead of PC....

For instance, If I type "bluetooth" it only shows a search online. Instead of what it does on my other computers, which is showing Bluetooth and other settings, which allows me to open that area on my pc. It does the same for everything... Device Manager, Settings etc... I also notice that on my other windows 10 pc's they show different types of icons in the side piece under create, and play, and explore. This PC only shows recently added items... I am not sure how this got this way, it wasnt always this way.

Start menu closes when I type instead of searching


Sometimes when I open the start menu and start typing, the start menu closes instead of searching for the character string that I type. Why does it do this? Thanks.

Method 2: Run System File Checker and DISM commands.

System File Checker is a Windows utility that allow users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files. Follow these steps for instructions:

• Open Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type this sfc /scannow and hit Enter.

If SFC did not find any violations it's still a good idea to run DISM Restorehealth. For instructions, please follow these steps:

• Open Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type this Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth and hit
  Enter.
