Windows 10: U.S. English and Russian Language are not removed from logging on with Password

I went to the Microsoft website for a few months and downloaded Windows 11. A month ago I discovered an error in the update, after the restart it will turn through the list of choice of the operating system, but this is not the case when I turn off and turn on the computer. I don't know what it has to do with it, but here's what happened recently: I rarely use a computer, but when I decided to put English Hong Kong S.A.R. instead of English, after I set it to be displayed not only in the keyboard, but everywhere and translated to me in this language so that, I was told to log out of the profil

Russian language in start menu

I have started noticing Russian language in my start menu and in some windows applications (eg Calculator and Photo previewer).



I do have Russian language installed but its not default and I want my menu to be English.
I'm sure this is an easy fix, but if someone can step me through it, I would appreciate it.

Use English Keyboard Layout, but output Russian Language.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

1. If you are using an external (English) keyboard, then you can go to
   Settings > Time & Language > Language > Click on
   Add a language.
   
2. Then, search for Russian language under
   Preferred languages, and then select Options.
   
3. Select Download from the Download language pack option.
   
4. After the language pack is installed, go back and choose a language from the
   Windows display language menu.
   
5. Restart the computer once for the changes to take effect.

The above steps will change the system language to Russian and you can use the external keyboard to type the Russian language from English keyboard.



I've tried replicating the same thing on a Touch Keyboard and using
On-Screen Keyboard, but we cannot change these settings for a Touch Keyboard or an On-Screen Keyboard. If you want to make these changes to Touch Keyboard or an On-Screen Keyboard, then I suggest you to post your feedback in

Ghange russian system language to English on Windows 10

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10. And during the set up settings I choosed the Russian language for system. I thought it will be more comfortable for me. But when I installed programs to my laptop, such as Microsoft Visual Studio I got it with
Russian language. But I don't want it at all, and it even didn't ask me during the installation. So I suggest it happened because of the system language, which is Russian.

So, how can I change it to English, that all my system will be in English?
