    UAC Blocking program installation. User account is administrator, UAC set to Never Notify


    Working on a client's system. They use an older dictation software which apparently triggers UAC when the installer is launched. However UAC is set to never notify, and the user is an admin so they should be able to override anyway.Am I missing something?Image below
