Windows 10: UAC Disables Most of my admin rights

I have posted this before but no one responded... so here's the problemI lost most of my admin rights like i cant uninstall apps, i cant put anything or delete anything in admin protected folders Like Program files and i try to edit permissions i get this "Can't open access control editor, The activation requires a display name to be present under the CLSID key." I have set the EnableLUA to 0 in regedit and it worked i got back all the admin stuff i was able to do before however that disables completely UAC which i dont want when i enable UAC again i lose admin rights again... Anything i can

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DISABLE UAC WITHOUT ADMIN RIGHTS?

So curently i cant dowload anything from the internet without the uac blocking me from using it .

Like games and other apps, i've tried disabling it but it always asks for an admin password which i dont have or using comand prompt but it still fails.The device i'm using is currently signed into a domain
is there anyway to bypass the uac?

 

Vista: How to give FULL admin rights to other accounts???

I've done this a year ago. I found a way to give a normal account full admin rights without enabling the built-in admin. But now, after 90 minutes of searchin and tryin I can't find a way to disable ALL ennoying messages, only UAC messages are disabled.

I currently have UAC disabled but I still get fucking ennoying pop-ups for admin approval. Can someone please tell me how to disable these pop-ups before I trow my laptop out the window?

Cant you just set the account as an admin account??
