Windows 10: UAC disabling due to Steering Wheel issues administrator has blocked you from running this app

Hello, I have a steering wheel HAMA uRage Gripz and the current issue is when the Windows automatically sets it up as a game controller it does not install right drivers and well if the wheel is plugged into an USB port it crashes whatever game I try to start, no matter if it supports or does not support wheel function.I've installed an application from: https://download.urage.com/00113754/urage-urage-gripz-racing-wheel which is a legit site as far as I know, and I assumed that application will deal with the drivers when it detects the steering wheel and I was somewhat right, cannot k

Steering Wheel problem

I have STR RACEFORCE Gembird steering wheel for PC and when I try to play ex. ETS 2 or NFS it just crashes when I set I want to play with steering wheel.

I downloaded and reinstalled couple of times drivers for steering wheel but I just cant play with it,

Did someone had same problem ?

Can someone help me with this please.

Windows 10 Built in apps + UAC

  On which Microsoft account you are trying to disable these apps?
  
• 
  When you say "we have an application in our company, which requires UAC to be disabled for it to work”. Which application you are referring to?
  
• 
  On how many computers you are facing this issue?
  
• 
  Are the systems connected to a domain network?
  
• 
  Is the issue specific to this application?
  

You can see this error message “is app can't open with built in administrator account”, when you try to open built-in apps in built-in administrator. So you need a Microsoft account in order to make use of those built-in apps.



Moreover, I see you already disabled the UAC as per the application requirement that you use as a part of your company. We don’t recommend disabling UAC on to help make your computer secure. However currently we don’t have any option to run those
app with built-in administrator.



I suggest that you provide your suggestions and feedbacks in the dedicated Feedback App. Follow these steps to provide suggestions in Windows Feedback App.

At any time, select Start, and then type Windows Feedback to send us your opinions and suggestions. Windows Feedback is only available if you have Diagnostic and usage data set to Full (Full is the recommended setting).

To change the Diagnostic and usage data setting, go to Start , then select Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics, and then, under Diagnostic and usage data, select an option.

UAC is reporting that an administrator is blocking access. I am using the the administrator account.

Original Title: Unchangeable User Account Control.

I am trying to re-install printer software from a CD, however UAC is reporting that an administrator is blocking access. I am using the the administrator account and have set UAC to the lowest privacy level, but the UAC is still blocking me from loading
set-up on the CD. Thanks for any suggestions.
