Windows 10: UAC prompt pops up when I want to reset pc window11..

Hello, as the title suggests, I am having an issue with the UAC prompt. It turns out that I can't download certain things or update programs since the UAC's yes button is missing. I understand that this happens when there is no other administrator account that exists in the system and the user's account no longer has admin rights. I've tried so many tutorials but still have the same issue. When I decided it was time for a reset, the UAC prompt was there glaring at me... Is there a solution to this? Thank you.

UAC forgotten password. Cant reset anything because UAC prompts for password

Thanks for the help, however after I enter the command on the command prompt I get: system error. Access is denied. Any other suggestions on how to reset this password or remove it? Its very frustrating because I cant open certain programs or files because
UAC comes up asking for the password.

To disable UAC prompts, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• In the search bar, type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Click on User Accounts and again click on User Accounts.
• Click on Change User account control settings.
• Provide password for the UAC prompt.
• Drag the box from Always Notify to Never Notify and click on OK.
• Provide password for the UAC prompt (if asked again).

Important: Turning off UAC reduces the security of your computer and may expose you to increased risk from malicious software. We do not recommend leaving UAC disabled.

• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to this issue?
  
• Can you provide us a sample screenshot of the UAC prompt?
