Windows 10: UAC

Discus and support UAC in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; When I try and load a program I get the User Account Control, panel with the "Yes" greyed out.     UAC


    When I try and load a program I get the User Account Control, panel with the "Yes" greyed out. It asks for a password but there is no place to enter it. Previous answers to this question have been to go to control panel, then user accounts, then choose "change account type.".But when I try and do this I just get the UAC panel back, still with no "yes" button.I'm using Windows 10 Pro: any ideas?
