    HiDuring my test, I found that when our UAC2.0 device was quickly plugged in and out, the volume could not be adjusted. UAC1.0 had the same problem, and it was necessary to uninstall the UAC driver or restart the computer to restore it.Plugging in and out the USB or restarting the device could not restore it.     Can't adjust brightness when the power plugged or unplugged

    Hi there,

    • Previous status:
    brightness 100%, plugged in; brightness 50%, unplugged.

    When I unplugged the laptop, the brightness will decrease down to 50%. And will increase back to 100% when the laptop plugged in back automatically.

    • Current status:
    Always keep the last brightness setting, no matter laptop plugged in or unplugged, the brightness doesn't change.

    Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks!

    Don't have to make you wait for so long, the problem just happen again with a quick plug and 2 unplug sound.

    Windows 11: Plugging in a USB Camera resets Bluetooth volume to nominal.

    I am aware of the present situation is that Your Windows 11 plugged into a Logitech camera (USB camera) will reset the Bluetooth volume. As this may involve a third-party hardware driver, could you please provide some details?



    • Whether the current Logitech camera have some USB drivers loaded on the current computer?
    • As a test environment, please try plugging the device in with another USB device and see if the Bluetooth volume resets or not?
    • Assuming that the other USB device does not affect your Bluetooth volume when plugged in, then we need to trace the reason back to the Logitech camera itself. Technically speaking, the Bluetooth connection is also via the USB protocol, I would suggest you contact Logitech's official support and ask if anyone else has recently reported the same problem, if so please try to contact Logitech for a more compatible driver.
