    ucrtbase.dll causing crash?


    Hi Microsoft,I was using Cubase a music software, and it crashed when I clicked "scanning plugins" button. When I asked their customer service, they told me it might be a Windows issue. I'm not sure whether they are shifting the blame So I'm asking whether it's an issue in Windows or the software.There is a crash dump file, I try to analyze it by winDBG. it said the issue came from a module called ucrtbase.dll.but I'm not professional enough, so pls help to check what the issue is or where the issue is from.
