Windows 10: UE4 Prerequisites x64 Setup: Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X86 Additional Runtime

Hi Community,ich wollte das Spiel Mist Survival spielen. Wenn ich es öffne, dann werde ich aufgefordert, eine Installation vorzunehmen. I get a little window that pops up which says,

this is what is in the drop box below

this is the only thing in that drop down menu.

I am not sure what this means.

I have tried to look up and download Microsoft visual C++ but sill I get an error.



after I exit that another window pops up and it says



error

I click yes and a window pops up for UE4 prerequisites (x64) setup

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ as well as repair it. I'm really lost and seek answers to help me overcome this issue. I'm not sure what else to do.

 

Unable to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86) - 14.27.29112

I tried both solutions - installing and running the Install and Uninstall troubleshooter, and deleting the related keys in the registry.

When running the troubleshooter, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 were not visible on the list of programs. However, Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 and below was.

When going into the registry, none of the files located in that directory could be found when searching "C++ 2019 x86 Minimum Runtime - 14.27.29112".
However, searching "14.27.29112" yielded some keys, which were deleted. The computer was restarted afterwards. Still, when attempting to install the latest Visual C++ 14.27.29112, the same error is given.

 

Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 failure to install

I've been trying to install Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 for some time now but every time I try no matter what I do I get the error the older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 x64 minimum runtime 14.24.28127 can not be removed

I also get told that it can't find the path to vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi again this is for visual c++ 2019 x64 part.
