Windows 10: Uefi bios utility settings for upgrade to windows 11

I have got myself in the uefi bios utility and trying to up grade to windows 11. Now I have lost internet and function of windows 10. Im in Bios utility now.

Can't find the BIOS utility on my UEFI machine.

My computer is an HP Pavilion P2-1120, which had been out of use for a number of years. My plan was to upgrade it to Windows 11, but it wouldn't upgrade straight to, so I upgraded it to 10 first. PC Health Checker reports that my computer lacks the minimum requirements for Windows 11 because my processor is inadequate, and I don't have TPM 2.0 turned on. Cool. After checking System Information, I confirmed that my computer's BIOS is in UEFI mode, so I know that the UEFI settings should be accessible from the Advanced Startup menu -- but it isn't. My options are Startup Repair, Startup Settings, Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates, System Restore, and System Image Recovery. As this is the first day after upgrading to Windows 10, I don't even have the "Go back to the previous version of Windows" option.

Also, because my machine is HP, the designated button for booting into the underlying utilities is F10. I pressed this during startup, but it only brings me to the HP Setup Utility. The only thing about the BIOS I can change here is the dates and times for power-on.

So why am I not able to find the UEFI menu? Am I missing something?

 

Stuck in UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode

When I start my pc, it will automatically enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode. After press F10 (Save & Exit), it will shut down and restart and enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode again.

It's ASUS UEFI BIOS. And I failed to disable the Secure Boot.

PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS A LOT!!!

 

I cant find BIOS uefi setting in advance setting in windows 10

F10, safe boot, option 7. Took me 10 hours to troubleshoot...
