Windows 10: UEFI firmware setting link after restart

trying to enable tpm and secure boot for win 11` upgrade but, I do not have a UEFI firmware setting link after restart

I did have UEFI Firmware Settings under settings / update and security / recovery / advanced startup - restart now

and then under troubleshooting /advanced

but it is no longer listed... how can I get the UEFI Firmware settings back into recovery?

UEFI Firmware Windows Settings Not Accessible

No matter how I get to the UEFI Firmware Settings option, as you've noted there are multiple ways to get there, the result is always the same -- when I click the restart button that is suppose to display the firmware settings, the settings are never displayed. I've tried multiple times to use the F10 and ESC keys to get to the BIOS. No methods that I have read about work, including the advice in the HP support article you've linked to. The last post that you link to is the one I created. So specifically my question is -- Why do the UEFI firmware settings never display when I click the restart button?

 

Anyway to create a link to UEFI bios restart ?

so it looks like the fastest way is the command ....shutdown /r /fw /t 0 thanks - - - Updated - - - i just created a shortcut, did not work at first. Made it to run as administrator and it is quick route to bios.
