Windows 10: UEFI: Interactive Shell: No mapping found

Hi!So I have an Asus laptop, but when I try to boot it up, it shows the Asus logo, as per usual, but then it shows me a screen that states:UEFI Interactive Shell v2.2EDK IIUEFI v2.70 American Megatrends, 0x00050013map: No mapping foundPress ESC in 1 second to skip startup.nsh or any other key to continue.Shell>How do I get out of this?

Open internet from UEFI shell

I wonder if it possible use uefi shell to open internet explorer

 

Interactive seating maps not functioning with windows 10

I use Ticketmaster interactive seating maps, or rather I used to until windows 10 arrived. all the sites advise 'Sorry, this device is not compatible with the Interactive Seating Map. Please try using one of the alternative options above or try on another
device'.

I've made sure adobe etc is enabled but still no go. I've had so many issues with windows 10 (and no Outlook so my email history of over 25 years is gone) that basically I've decided when this one goes I'm going to Mac. Enough is enough and these latest
changes have made my computing life a misery for NO GAIN WHATSOEVER.

Any suggestions?
