I have a Blackview AceBook 8 laptop. When it is turned on, after the Blackview logo start-up screen it shows me a screen that states: UEFI Interactive Shell v2.2 EDK II UEFI v2.80 American Megatrends, 0x0005001B map: No mapping found Press ESC in 1 second to skip startup.nsh or any other key to continue. Shell> How can I fix this?Thanks

So I have an Asus laptop, but when I try to boot it up, it shows the Asus logo, as per usual, but then it shows me a screen that states:
