Windows 10 no longer discovers UE Mini bluetooth speaker. Reports it as Unknown.

About your concern with connecting UE Mini Bluetooth speaker to Windows 10 device, we suggest that you update the driver for your Bluetooth device and after that, make sure to configure the UE Mini Bluetooth speaker once again.

Cannot connect UE Boom to laptop since the last Win 10 update.

Thank you again for your quick reply, unfortunately, this was not helpful. Perhaps I need to give you more information.

• I am not a computer novice by any means.
• After the last major Win 10 update, I had to reinstall everything NVIDIA as it vanished from my computer.
• I found many of my Bluetooth audio devices no longer worked. After removing the devices and re-adding them, this seemed to fix the problem; all but the UE Boom. I updated the firmware on the device and this did not fix the problem.
• In trying to follow your instructions, the UE Boom was not listed in any of the drop-downs in Device Manager, probably as I had removed the device from the Bluetooth list in Settings.
• I have no problem pairing the UE Boom with any of my other devices (and I have a few).
• This issue only appeared right after the last Win 10 update.
• I do not seem to have any out of date drivers currently on my computer.
